Does LaziLeo follow the ICAI LLP format?

Yes. LLP statements are prepared per the ICAI Guidance Note on Financial Statements of Limited Liability Partnerships, effective FY 2024-25 — Partners’ funds in place of shareholders’ funds, the partners’ remuneration line in the Statement of Profit and Loss, and the prescribed notes. LLPs are a dedicated section in LaziLeo, not a re-labelled company format.

How are partners’ capital accounts handled?

Both methods are supported: a single capital account, or fixed-plus-current accounts with agreed contribution — the format LLP agreements typically require. Partner-wise details flow into the notes automatically.

Where does the data come from?

Upload a Trial Balance exported from Tally, Zoho Books, BUSY, Marg, Vyapar, Kitaabh or any accounting software. LaziLeo auto-maps the ledgers to the LLP format heads and gives you a review screen to confirm every grouping before statements are generated.

What does it cost for an LLP?

Your first entity on LaziLeo is free, with full statements in the app and a watermarked preview PDF. After that an LLP is ₹1,499 per financial year pay-as-you-go, or drawn from a prepaid credit bundle (Growth: ₹19,999 for 25 entity-FYs; Scale: ₹39,999 for 75). Prices exclude GST; every charge gets a GST tax invoice. Until 30/09/2026 the launch offer takes 30% off pay-as-you-go (₹1,049 for a company or LLP, ₹839 for a non-corporate entity), 40% off Growth (₹11,999) and 45% off Scale (₹21,999); offer prices apply to purchases completed by 30/09/2026, standard prices from 01/10/2026.
