Is there a free plan?
Your first entity is free — you can prepare the complete financial statements in the app and download a watermarked preview PDF, with no card and no time limit. A clean, filing-ready PDF and Excel require payment for that entity.
Is there a launch offer?
Yes. Until 30/09/2026 pay-as-you-go is 30% off (₹1,049 for a company or LLP, ₹839 for a non-corporate entity), the Growth bundle is 40% off at ₹11,999 and the Scale bundle is 45% off at ₹21,999 — all excluding GST. The offer price applies to purchases completed by 30/09/2026; standard prices apply from 01/10/2026, and bundle renewals and top-ups are charged at the then-current price. Ind AS is not part of the offer.
How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?
You pay per entity per financial year, only when you want the clean export: ₹1,499 for a company (Schedule III) or LLP and ₹1,199 for a non-corporate entity (ICAI NCE format). Until 30/09/2026 the launch offer takes 30% off both — ₹1,049 for a company or LLP and ₹839 for a non-corporate entity. There are no user seats and no monthly subscription — a firm of any size pays only for the entities it files.
What are the Growth and Scale bundles?
Prepaid credit bundles for active practices. Growth lists at ₹19,999 for 25 entity-FYs and Scale at ₹39,999 for 75. Until 30/09/2026 the launch offer takes 40% off Growth (₹11,999, ≈ ₹480 per entity) and 45% off Scale (₹21,999, ≈ ₹293 per entity). Credits are valid 12 months from purchase, can be spent across companies, LLPs and non-corporate entities, and unused credits lapse at expiry. You can upgrade Growth to Scale anytime by paying the difference.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and a GST tax invoice is issued automatically for every charge, in your firm’s name. Where an offer price applies, the invoice shows the list price, the discount and the GST on the reduced value.
Is Ind AS included in bundles?
Ind AS (Schedule III Division II) is on the roadmap and is not part of AS-level bundles; when it launches it will be billed separately at ₹4,999 and it is not part of the launch offer. Bundles cover the three live frameworks: Companies (Schedule III Division I), LLP and ICAI Non-Corporate.
